Put your lit-up home on the Jacksonville lights map
Neighbors are out every December looking for good Christmas lights. Add your home with a few night photos and they can find it, heart it and add it to their tour.

Three steps, about two minutes
- Address. Type your street; choose whether we show only the street (the default) or the exact address.
- Photos. One to five pictures taken after dark — straight from your phone's gallery or camera.
- Details. When the lights are on, what visitors will find (music, inflatables, a walk-through) and a YouTube or TikTok link if you have one.
We look at every home within 24 hours and then it appears on the Jacksonville Christmas lights map as a red house pin, next to the public displays. Visitors can tap the heart once a day, and the hearts are the votes in the Best Lit Home in Jacksonville 2026 contest.
Sharing it in your neighborhood group
Once your home is approved, open it on the map and tap Share — the link opens straight to your home's card with photos and directions. Facebook groups and Nextdoor neighbors can heart it from there.

Adding your home: questions
Does my address show on the map?
Only if you choose it. By default we show your street and area, and the pin is moved about 150 meters so it never points at your house. Your phone and email are never shown.
Who can add a home?
The owner of the home or someone who lives there with the owner's OK. Public events and whole neighborhoods are on the map already; this form is for your own home.
How long until my home shows?
We look at every home within 24 hours. If a photo breaks our content rules (close-up faces of children, readable license plates) we may ask for another one or decline it.
Can I take my home off the map later?
Yes. Call or email us from the phone number or email you used and we remove the home and its photos.
Do I need to be a Pelican customer?
No. Any decorated home in Duval, St. Johns or Clay counties can be added for free, whoever hung the lights.
