Permanent lighting is a low-profile LED track mounted under the edge of the roof, matched to your fascia color, that stays up all year. In daylight you barely see it. At night you open an app and choose: warm white for every evening, red and green in December, orange and blue or teal and gold on game day, a slow color wash for a party. There is nothing to hang next November and nothing to store.
It costs more up front than seasonal lights — about $25 to $45 per foot, $3,000 to $8,000 for a typical home — and pays back over the seasons you no longer pay to have lights hung. The system plugs into an existing outdoor GFCI outlet where there is one; when a new outlet, a power supply on its own circuit or hard-wiring is needed, a licensed electrician partner does that part. People often search for it by the names of big national systems; we are an independent installer and not a dealer of those brands.

We install, you enjoy
Install day between mid-November and about December 10. The timer is set; if a section goes dark, we come back.
Takedown & storage
Early January we take it all down, label it by section and store it for next year.
