For HOAs we light the entrance palms and oaks, the monument wall, the fountain or roundabout and the clubhouse roofline, on a timer, with service through the season and takedown on the date the board sets. For businesses — storefronts, restaurants, offices and plazas — commercial Christmas lights mean the rooflines and windows outlined in commercial-grade LED and the trees by the parking lot lit, so the property reads from the road.
Commercial and HOA work is priced by site survey and a written proposal, because the scope varies far more than a house. We install after hours when traffic or customers make that easier, carry insurance and coordinate with property managers and gate staff.

We install, you enjoy
Install day between mid-November and about December 10. The timer is set; if a section goes dark, we come back.
Takedown & storage
Early January we take it all down, label it by section and store it for next year.
