Eight steps, one price

  1. Call or send the formTell us the address and what you want lit. A photo of the front of the house and where your outdoor outlets are speeds things up.
  2. We look and measureWe check the roofline from the street and satellite and, when needed, stop by to measure footage, height, roof type and trees. You don't need to be home.
  3. Mock-up and written priceYou get a mock-up of the design and an all-inclusive written price: lights, install, service and takedown. Change anything you like.
  4. Pick an install dateInstalls run from about November 15 to December 10. Earlier bookings get earlier dates; October bookings get $100 off.
  5. Install dayA two-person crew clips every run to the gutter or roof edge, wraps the trees, dresses the entry, plugs into your outdoor outlets and sets the timer. Most homes take 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
  6. Lit all seasonThe house lights itself every evening. If a section goes dark or a storm loosens a run, call — service is included.
  7. TakedownBetween about January 2 and 15, on a scheduled day, everything comes down and every clip is removed.
  8. Stored for next yearLights are tested, labeled by section and stored for returning clients. Next year they go back up faster.

What you need on your side

  • The address, so we can look at the roofline before we call back
  • What you want lit: roofline, palms and trees, front door, railings
  • A photo of the front of the house, if it's handy
  • Where your outdoor outlets are (front, garage, by the porch)
  • Your HOA's decoration dates, if it sets any
  • Whether you'd like seasonal lights, permanent lighting, or a price on both

Safe for your house

Clips only

No nails, screws or staples. Clips matched to gutters, shingles, tile or metal, removed at takedown.

No rewiring

Plug-in commercial LED, no changes to your home's wiring; permanent systems connected by a licensed electrician partner.

Insured crew

Insured, professional installers on the ladders — not you on a Saturday.

How-it-works FAQ

How do I get a quote?

Call or send the form with your address. We look at the house, measure on a short visit if needed and send a mock-up with a written price — free.

How far ahead should I book?

Book in October. Installs run from about mid-November to December 10, and earlier dates fill first.

What happens on install day?

A two-person crew arrives, sets ladders, clips and hangs each run, wraps the trees, plugs into your outdoor outlets and sets the timer. Most homes take two and a half to three and a half hours.

What if it rains on install day?

Light rain is fine; lightning or high wind is not. We reschedule to the next open slot and tell you the same day.

What happens after New Year?

We come back between about January 2 and 15, take everything down, remove the clips and store your lights if you're a returning client.

Can I change the design next year?

Yes. Your runs are labeled, so adding a palm or a garage outline is easy to price.

Prefer a call back?

Name and number. That's it.
